Dharmesh Darshan who has been associated with huge hits like Raja Hindustani, Dhadkan, Lootere has signed up the hottest newcomer in Bollywood Upen Patel in his next film.
There are also talks with an International company for a co-production of the film which be entirely shot in the USA. "Earlier in Raja Hindustani, Dhadkan and Lootere, I have worked with other stars who have turned into bigger stars.
After my film with Upen, the challenge would be to turn a newcomer into a full-fledged star. Upen has the star presence in terms of physicality and I hope with my film I can contribute to his acting," says Dharmesh Darshan.
Upen Patel has been making the biggest strides in Bollywood since his debut 36 China Town. He has been appreciated and has good reviews for both Namastey London & Shaka Laka Boom Boom.
Upen has been approached by all the big banners in the industry. Venus, Percept, Astavinayak, Venus and Tips are already in talks with him & have confirmed him for a film each.
