The popular VJ-turned-actor Sophie just called to say that her first visit to Mauritius was a memorable one indeed.
Apart from the fact that she speaks fluent French, which made her feel much at home there, Sophie says she just couldn’t get over Govinda and how entertaining he’s off-camera. “I think, he is even funnier in real life. Having been in the industry for so many years, he had countless episodes to regale, each funnier than the other.
I once remember nearly falling off my chair laughing,” she said. And when everyone on the streets was calling Govinda ‘Partner’ they kept referring to her as ‘Baby Girl Volume 3’. Looks like the pyaar ke side effects have still not worn off.
