The shooting of Seema Sastry directed and produced by G Nageswara Reddy on the banner of Sri Katyayani Creations with Naresh and Farjana in the lead is in progress at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
Producer cum director says, 'It is the love story between a youth Subrahmanya Sastry, who came from a orthodox Brahmin family and Surekha Reddy, the daughter of a faction leader. The elders of both of them were quite against each other. How, the youth won the love of the girl is the subject.'
Hero Naresh says, 'It is a film wherein the audiences could heartily laugh for about two-and-a-half hours without break. Each scene would enthral the viewer.' LB Sriram, Ali, MS Narayana, Krishna Bhagawan, Raghubabu, Kondavalasa, Kovai Sarala , Rajita and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Marudhuri Raja, screenplay is by Vegesna Satish, music is by Vandemataram Srinivas and V Jagadeesh is the presenter of the film
