In the Assembly lobby the finance minister Rosaiah went around greeting the members and shaking hands with them. However when the TDP leader saw Rosaiah approaching him he quickly put his hand behind him and refused to shake hands with Rosaiah.
Naagam said that he feared if he showed his hands, Rosaiah would chop them off. He recalled the incident when Rosaiah said something to this effect during a debate in the Assembly during the last session. Rosaiah however said that he never meant what he said and was ready to apologize if he had hurt Nagam Janardhan Reddy.
