In their decade and a half old successful career, director duo Abbas Mustan have worked with some of the biggest and talented actors.
Jeetendra [Agnikaal], Akshay Kumar [Khiladi, Ajnabee, Aitraaz], Shahrukh Khan [Baazigar, Baadshah], Rishi Kapoor [Daraar], Bobby Deol [ Soldier , Ajnabee, Humraaz], Salman Khan [Chori Chori Chupke Chupke], Akshaye Khanna [Humraaz, 36 China Town] and Ajay Devgan [Taarzan - The Wonder Car] are just a few of them. Hence it comes as rather surprising that the two never hit upon a subject that could accommodate the likes of Sanjay Dutt in an integral role!
With the kind of action packed thrillers that they specialize in, Sanjay Dutt could just have been an ideal contestant but it took around 15 years for the directors to find a subject where Dutt could be roped in. Now it has finally become a reality with 'Mr. Fraud', a thriller shot in India, UK and USA, which is a Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision production.
Also starring Ajay Devgan, Bipasha Basu, Tanushree Datta and Anuj Sawhney in the lead, 'Mr. Fraud' is already creating a lot of buzz within the industry inspite of the fact that it would be releasing only early next year [most probably in January]! Now it indeed would be pretty exciting to see the way the stylish directors present the deadly Dutt who is famous for his towering screen presence.
