There aren't any new offers in Malayalam for the time being. When it comes to her films in Tamil, she is starring as Sundar C's heroine in his new film which is the remake of Spatigam. Why did the actress so completely run out of offers in both the languages at the same time? The answer is simple. Gossips are on that her manager is charging exorbitant rates from producers and directors who are approaching her. He's doing this because he wants more commissions. The actress probably hasn't yet realized the damage that her manager's greed is causing to her career.

The film was originally scheduled to hit the screen on June 25 but it will now be released on July 10. She plays a doctor who runs a mobile boat clinic on Godavari treating patients living in the small islands in the river.
