Hero Sanjay Dutt is a harassed man these days. His court cases never seem to end. Every day or the other he has to appear in court. He is also busy with his films. However, he finds time to go and see people when they are down.
The industry people admit that is Sanjay Dutt who is usually the first to rush to a hospital when someone takes ill. He makes it a point to visit them and show his concern and wish them a speedy recovery. When Saif was admitted to a hospital, Sanjay was the first to visit the hospital, even before the media got to know about it. No wonder everyone in the industry fondly call him Big Brother.
