Is Ram Gopal Verma trying to sandwich KANK with his 'Factory' products? One look at the latest release schedule and this seems pretty apparent.
Till just a week back there was no news of any new film by RGV arriving in near future but some latest developments have thrown in a surprise. As Karan Johar's KANK releases on August 11, there are two films by RGV that come on a week before and after KANK.
First to come would be Chakravarty directed comedy 'Darwaza Bandh Rakho' that was originally slated for a July 28 release (along with Omkara). The release date has now been pushed to August 4. A fortnight later sees a hurried release of Mohit Ahlawat's second launch pad 'Shiva', now directed by RGV, which would be releasing on August 18 i.e. a week after KANK.
Expect fireworks galore in a month from now!
