This is the true story behind the reason for Priyadarshan’s entry into films as a director.
Priyadarshan was a cricket buff during his college days.
While playing a match, the ball hit him on his eye and he lost his eye. That effectively put paid a full stop to his cricketing career.
This is what led him to films. Today, Priyadarshan is a successful director. The director is going to meet the guy who bowled to him on that fateful day 30 years ago.
The bowler now runs a restaurant in Allapuzha and is very guilty about the mishap. He is looking forward to meeting Priyadarshan to tender an apology.
