![]() It's finally on. RajKumar Hirani's proposed film, based on Chetan Bhagat's book, Five Point Someone is finally set to roll. The working title decided for the film is Three Idiots. After much speculation, Hirani has finally managed to get his cast together. It's official now. Hirani has signed Aamir Khan , Sharman Joshi, Madhavan, Boman Irani and Kareena Kapoor for his film. It will be remembered that Hirani went through many hitches before he could finally sign on his current cast of players. Initially Shah Rukh Khan was to do the role which has now gone to Aamir. Due to certain problems, one of which was SRK wanting to produce the film as well, it didn't work out. In between, one even heard of Ranbir Kapoor being signed on by Hirani. But now all rumours have been set to rest with the cast and the working title of the film being finalized. The film will of course be produced by by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who has produced the earlier Munnabhai series directed by Hirani as well. The film's story is based on the prevalent education system in our country. Three Idiots is based in an engineering college. The film is scheduled to hit the floors in the last quarter of the year.
