In keeping with his old tradition of showcasing newcomers, the showman Subhash Ghai's latest find is Aushima Sawhney. According to sources, the actress has just been added to the cast of his under-production Yuvraaj, which stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif , Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan.
The actress was reportedly spotted at Filmistan Studios on Wednesday along with the cast and crew if the film. After featuring in Pooja Bhatt's Dhoka and Rohit Jugraj's Superstar, both which made no impact at the box office, Yuvraaj will be her third venture. This project is Aushima's big ticket. Apart from Katrina, no other heroine has been signed. Ghai has reportedly had a few meetings with her as he was on the lookout for a female face, which was relatively new.
Yuvraaj has been penned by Ghai. Its music has been composed by AR Rahman, while the lyrics are written by Gulzar. Ghai has already finished his first schedule in Austria and is currently shooting the second schedule in Mumbai's Filmistan Studios. Meanwhile, Aushima has refused to comment on her role and is being extremely cautious.
