Sanjay Dutt's loss is Amitabh Bachchan's gain. He has sung the title song of his forthcoming film Aladdin which was originally to be sung by Sanjay Dutt.

According to our source, since Sanjay was busy with his court proceedings the makers had no option but to go ahead and get Big B to croon instead.

Says a source from the production unit, "The title song of Aladdin is sung by Big B which was actually supposed to be sung by Sanjay Dutt. But since Sanjay was occupied with his court and jail visits, we got Big B to sing the song. The director couldn't postpone the project any further."

The shooting of Aladdin has begun with Reitesh Deshmukh who reportedly plays Aladdin. Miss Sri Lanka, Jacqueline Fernandes, has been roped in to play the character of Jasmine. Initially the role was to be played by Ayesha Takia The shooting of the film has been going on in full swing at a location in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Says our source, "A special team of graphic designers are flown in form Hollywood to work on the special effects and graphics of this mega-budget film.

Big B, who plays the genie in the film, will join the sets very soon.
