The TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu has become bold after the good show put up by the party in the recent by polls. He is now confident that the people are with him. So he is ready to take on the dissidents in the party head on.
Babu said the other day that even if some leaders quit the party and join others like Chiru or the TRS, the effect on TDP will be negligible. He was supposed to be reacting to the news of former MLA from East Godavari district Thota Trimirthulu leaving the party with thousands of supporters.
But his real target was the senior pro-Telangana leader in the party, Devender Goud. Babu is very angry with the way Goud has been talking vocally about the TDP’s stand on the separate Telangana issue. It is clear the he wants Goud out of TDP.
