Manasa has been roped in to play a prominent role in the movie Calcutta News by Blessy. The movie has Meera Jasmine playing the role of a singer and Dileep playing the role of a television programme producer. Manasa will also appear in the upcoming movie, Heartbeats, starring Simran and Indrajith in the lead roles. It seems that Manasa is trying to gain success in Malayalam films.
