Nearly three years after the stupendous success of Chandramukhi ( April 14, 2005), Sivaji Productions Ram Kumar and his actor brother Prabhu are on the verge of announcing another biggie in Tamil.
The prestigious banner has signed up 'ultimate' star Ajit to do a film with Gautham Vasudeva Menon. It will be Ajit's next film after he completes Raju Sundaram's film for Ayngaran International.
Gautham the 'style king' coming together with Ajit will spell magic at the box-office. It will be a stylish action packed entertainer which is likely to have music by Harris Jayaraj and camera by a top cinematographer.
The heroine is likely to be a Bollywood actress, as negotiations are going on with a few of them. Of course our dear Prabhu will be playing an important role in the film.
Ajit has tentatively agreed to start the film by September middle after he completes his present assignment. Gautham Menon is hoping to complete his Vaaranam Aayiram by May, and then restarting his Chennayil Oru Mazhaikalam with Trisha and newcomers.
Meanwhile Ajit and Gautham will have to sit together and decide on the story line of their new venture. The buzz is that Ajit may play a police officer in the film, as Menon's cop films (Khakka Khakka, Vettayadu Vilayadu) were all huge hits.
Any which way you look, Ajit- Gautham - Sivaji Production coming together makes the film one of the most exciting projects in Kollywood.
