Actor Aamir Khan is believed to have injured himself quite badly on the sets of Ghajini at Hyderbad's Ramoji Rao Studios. He has been admitted to hospital.
The actor is said to have pulled his hamstring muscle during a shot in which he had to lift and throw a bulky stunt man against a wall. But the stunt went awry as Aamir pulled his hamstring muscle and collapsed in pain. A physiotherapist was immediately summoned to attend on him and the actor was shifted to a private nursing home. The incident is believed to have occurred on late Wednesday evening.
His two female co stars, Jiah Khan and Asin were also present on the sets when the mishap occurred. As everybody knows, Aamir has been training hard for his role in Ghajini, which is an action thriller. The film's shooting has been suspended by director A.R.Murugadoss. It will resume only after Aamir is released from the hospital and is declared fit enough to begin shooting.
