After the success of ‘Vel,’ Surya is to act again in an AVM production.
After the blockbuster success of ‘ Sivaji ,’ AVM Saravanan had to carefully consider its next production and approached cinematographer KV Anand, who has agreed to director its next film.
When scouting around for a hero, AVM and KV Anand have zeroed in on Surya , who has already in their production ‘Perazhagan.’ This would the second time for Surya and AVM collaboration.
The choice for heroine seems to be between Trisha and Shriya. The writer is Suba, music is by Harris Jayaraj and editing by Antony.
AVM always announces the release date of its films well in advance. This time is also no different. Their new film will be released on Oct 27, 2008. Most probably the film shooting will be launched on Tamil New Year day.
An important information is, AVM is happy to have its well wisher director SP Muthuraman as a co-producer.
