The audio release function of 'Indiralogathil Naa Azhagappan' was touching.
It is produced by Seventh Channel Manickam Narayanan, directed by Thambi Ramiah and music is by Sabesh-Murali. Vadivelu appears in 3 roles.
The audio release took place in Sathyam theatre in Chennai. Like the film title suggests, the theatre was transformed into an Indiralogam. With destitute children in the front, Surya released the music and Simbu accepted it.
Pyramid Saimira Swaminathan, President of Producers Association Ramanarayanan, Sneha , Parthiban, Vijay and others were present but it was Vadivelu's speech that was the highlight of the evening.
"It looks like Indiralogam is here. To go up a little itself gives cause for fear. I now have that fear. I feel as if a hot iron is searing me at the back and I tremble. Like going down into a waterless well, they have let me into Indiralogam and ask me to climb up and out.
In Pulikesi, I had only 2 roles. I was told that one of the characters should not laugh at all. Apart from playing Indiran, Yaman and Azhagappan, I was asked by the director to also play Narada role. Later, Nasser played the role.
It may be 3 characters but that contains about 10 roles. If you see the Yamalogam set by Thota Tharani, it will put a scare into you.
After seeing such films done by MGR and Sivaji , I hungered to do such roles. This film has proved to be a feast to me."
