Directed by Bapu and produced by Aparna on the banner of Chaitra Cinema Circuit, Sundarakanda with Naresh and Charmme in the lead is all set for release during Sankranthi next year. Presently post-production works are in brisk progress. However, the producer is making efforts to release the audio during December. Producer Aparna says, 'It is well aware that Bapu-Ramana duo is an expert in moulding the Teluguness on the screen and 'Sundarakanda' is no different from that.
We are trying to portray the modern mentalities, their lifestyles, the attitudes of elderly people and the clash between both the generations. Each scene would be entertaining. We are confident that the music scored by Vidyasagar. Re-recording is almost nearing completion.' Prema , Sunil Sharma, Ranganath, Rallapalli, Dhamavarapu Subrahmanyam, Vizag Prasad, Duvvasi Mohan, Lakshmipati, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Pruthvi, Sangeetha , Jayalalitha and others are in the cast. Camera is by PRK Raju, while Petrofab International, UAE, is the presenter of the film, and Tummala Bhanuprakash Reddy is the co-producer.
