Over 70 per cent shooting of Mr Gireesam directed by V Viswa Prasad and produced by K Ramesh Chandra and Benarjeebabu on the banner of RC Creations with Krishna Bhagawan and Ramyakrishna in the lead was completed recently. Speaking on the occasion, director says, 'We modernized the popular Gireesam character in 'Kanyasulkam' to suit the present trend.



The entire film would be a complete entertainer.' Producer says, 'The shooting of the film is going on without break. The special attraction of the film is the 'Madhuravani' role played by Ramyakrishna. We are planning to release the film in November.' Music director Quddus says, 'The film would be a good musical hit too.' Krishna Bhagawan says, 'Though I am playing the lead role, I am not the hero.

It is the story that occupies the hero's place. I am very fortunate to play with a senior artiste like Ramyakrishna.' Sairabanu , Krushi , Jayaprakash Reddy, Jeeva, Sandesh, Apoorva , Balaji, Ramjagan, Padma Jayanti and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Kornipati Venu Bhargav, lyrics are by Kulasekhar, Ramajogaiah Sastry, Chaitanya Prasad and Pedda Murthy, camera is by Rajesh Kata, while editing is by Anirudra Reddy.
