The successful Bollywood film 'Bheja Fry' which had collected over Rs 25 crore last year is being remade in Telugu as Kurkure . D Mohan is producing the film on the banner of Siva Art Productions introducing Junaid as director, with Duvvasi Mohan as hero and Bhuvaneswari in a key role. Producer says, 'Editing work was completed and dubbing activity is in progress.

We are introducing Indra as villain through this film. Every artiste did justice to their respective roles we are planning to launch the audio in the first week of March and the film in April.' Indra says, 'I am waiting for a good break as an artiste and I got this opportunity. It is really challenging as far as performance. I am very happy to work with seniors like Duvvasi Mohan, Bhuvanswari and Harshavardhan.'

Khadgam Pruthvi, Lahari , Anita, Saujanya, Manitha, Sattireddy and Naveen are in the cast. Lyrics are by Gundeti Ramesh, choreography is by Vidya , editing is by K Ramesh, while music is by Rajeswari.
