Chandrahas directed by Shivashakti Datta and produced by Haranath Policharla on the banner of VH Productions has completed its first schedule and has now moved into the second schedule. Haranath is playing the lead and Krishna is playing a key role in the film. The second schedule of the film has begun from February 13. The producer said that they have so far completed 40 per cent shooting of talkie, besides two songs and two fights. Keeravani has given melodious music for the film.
Goddess Bhavani presented a sword called 'Chandrahas' to Chatrapati Sivaji That powerful sword has changed hands for generations and its whereabouts is not known. The story is about the developments once the sword surfaces.
Super Star Krishna plays the role of Chatrapati Sivaji in the film and this is his 350th film. We are planning the third schedule in March and release the film in April.' Astha Singhal of 'Pellaina Kothalo'is playing the female lead. Director Shivashakti Datta says, 'We are planning the final schedule at the birthplace of Sivaji in Maharashtra.
We would like to portray the secular personality of the great Mratha leader Sivaji in this film. This is an art film with alot of nativity. At the same time the film will also be a commercial entertainer.
