Indian World Cup star Anil Kumble is set to join the likes Brian Lara in Bollywood as he goes from sight screen to the big screen.
The spin king will make his debut in tinseltown in Meerabai Not Out with the female lead played by Mandira Bedi - a cricket TV presenter during the 2003 World Cup.
Mandira's husband Raj Kaushal, who directed Anthony Kaun Hai, is the producer and Kumble will have a cameo role.
"We hope to wrap up the movie soon as it has to release before the World Cup. The subject is all about cricket and the story revolves around an avid cricket fan," says Kaushal.
