Censor formalities were completed for ' Ayyappa Deeksha' directed and produced by PC Satya Reddy on the banner of Sarat Chandrika Creations with Sivaji , Suman, Raja Mahendra, Punnareddy, Vidisha and Ramireddy in the lead. Presenter of the film SN Reddy says, 'We are planning to release the film on December 29.
Director cum producer PC Satya Reddy says, 'I am very happy that the Censor Board members complimented me for moulding the miracles and greatness of 'Swami Ayyappa' and his deeksha in a great manner. The film would not only enthrall the Ayyappa devotees, but also the common audiences with a lot of devotion. We made the film without compromising at any point of time.
Especially, the rules and regulations that had to be observed during the Ayyappa Deeksha, and their greatness, usefulness were explained in detail in this film. Sivaji's performance as Ayyappa devotee would attract everybody's attention.' Co-producer Ghatakeswar says, 'We are planning to set up Ayyappa idols in every theatre where the film would be screened and distribute prasadam, besides 'Saddi' (Meals for Ayyappa devotees) at some places.'
