But it is surprising to see Chiru resorting to such cheap gimmicks. The rain was due to the severe depression and not due to his setting his foot on the Rayalaseema soil. Can Chiru tour Rayalaseema in the month of April and May and bring showers? Or will he use fire engines and water tankers like in his movies and arrange for artificial rain?
