Yuva samrat Nagarjuna's star hotel and multiplex plan replacing existing Annapurna studios. This is the perfect place for outdoor fight sequence studio making way for commercial complexes. The government sold this prime land to film personalities on subsidy and it wanted to promote the film industry in the city.

The existing studio constructed on 7 acres of land and having rear entrance and now a 'world entertainment centre' to be started soon in the same premises. At present all the shooting work has been stopped because of construction work.
