She started her career by doing girl next-door roles in movies. Slowly she rose to stardom in these roles and mainly got close to ladies and family audience. But after few years she started loosing her dominance in telugu film industry because most of the audience wanted to see sexy babes on screen doing hot numbers. This is when she shifted her characters from homely roles to spicy girl roles. She did two movies Pardhu and Aadivishnu in these roles, which neither clicked at the box office nor got her good name. She was seen in all jeans, tight fit pants and tight tops. Sneha now decided to do lady oriented roles. In this way, Sneha is now donning the role of a Police Officer in a Tamil film titled Bhavani, which will be dubbed in telugu also. In order to suit this role, Sneha reduced her weight and looks slim.
