Shooting of Chedugudu directed by PR Nagaraju, presented by Kovai Sarala and produced by Bhimaneni Tirupataiah (Ramudu) and K Nagireddy on the banner of Smile Movies with Jayant, son of senior artiste Bhanuchander, as the debutant hero and Swetha as heroine was completed recently.

Presently post-production works are in progress. Director says, 'A youth loses his heart after meeting a girl. Both the boy and girl were born and brought up in the city. However, why they chose to move towards villages. What are the circumstances that led to the Chedugudu is the subject. We brought the film as a complete entertainer.' Music is by Chakri , dialogues are by Veligonda Srinivas, while cinematography is by Sarat.
