Ace Telugu director Krishna Vamsi threw a big birthday bash for his lovely wife Ramya Krishnan at Havana, the night club attached to Rain Tree hotel in Chennai.
Though Ramya’s birthday was on Sep 15, the celebrations were held on Sunday, September 21.
It was a joint celebration, as Ramya’s business partner in television serial production Keerthana (actress Kutty Padmini’s daughter), was also celebrating her birthday on September 21. All arrangements for the party were made by Vamsi and Ramya’s sister Vinaya.
The party was a hush-hush affair, as the celebs dropping in at the party wanted privacy and also escape from the paparazzi cameramen covering the party beat. Remember today all the four English dailies in Chennai have party page, and there is exhaustive coverage.
Ramya’s parties are always the best in town. Among those seen letting their hair down were Arya, Bharath, Dhanush and Aishwarya , Vishal , Trisha , Gautham Menon, Trisha , Sonia Agarwal. The party went on to the wee hours of the morning.
The notable absentee was Nayanthara, good friend of Ramya , who for some strange reasons did not turn up even though she was in town.
