Director Suraaj is currently busy directing Dhanush for Padikathavan. The film is expected to be in line with his Marudhamalai and Thalainagaram with a generous sprinkling of comedy and action. The director had initially planned to direct Karthi for a film that was to be produced by Gnanavel Rajan of Studio Green soon after completing his commitments with Padikathavan. But Suraaj will now do a flash project for Arjun, who will act as well as produce the film.
