The congress leader and MLA from Nellore, Anam Vivekanda Reddy linked Chiranjeevi to Mummidivaram Balayogi.
Anam said that just as the swamiji was brought out only once every year on Sivarathri day, Chiranjeevi is also being brought out like a processional deity by his close aides once every day. After giving darshan to some people, Chiranjeevi is once again locked up in his highly guarded fort.
