The mega public rally of Chiranjeevi got off to a start at 4.00 p.m. Singer Mano and newsreader Pragathi are compeering the cultural show. The Avilala Tank grounds have been filled up choc-o-bloc-with people. Series of cultural programmes have been lined up to regale the audience till Chiranjeevi arrives at the venue. Chiru will begin his speech at 5.30 p.m. after unveiling the party flag.
