So it is all official now. It is finally confirmed that Pyramid Saimira International Limited will be the producers of Kamal Hassan’s mega movie ‘Marmayogi’.
Contrary to recent speculations, the company has officially announced that it will join hands with Kamal Hassan’s Rajkamal International in producing ‘Marmayogi’. A press note issued on Tuesday evening confirms that the tri-lingual movie (with Tamil, Hindi and Telugu versions) might also have an English version.
However, the press release is non committal about the budget. "We would not like to specify the exact cost of the project at this point".
According to the announcement a formal agreement has been signed between the parties and a detailed planning for the project is going on at a frantic pace.
Kamal Hassan too has issued a press statement in this regard confirming that Pyramid Saimira would be producing the movie. He has brushed aside all the rumours saying that Pyramid would not be part of the movie. Kamal also seems upset about media reports that said that he was planning to have a tie-up with Soundarya Rajnikanth's Ocher studios instead of Pyramid Saimira.
