Scriptwriter A.K. Sajan has a special talent to explore the fascinations of a campus! It is evident from his previous venture Chintamani Kola Case that features nine 'wild' girls in a Medical college -- 'Mirchi Girls' -- who are accused of the murder of a college-mate Chinthamani. This notorious gang of campus girls was an interesting point of this investigative thriller, donning Suresh Gopi as an enigmatic criminal lawyer!
Following the same genre of presenting models as female gangs, A.K. Sajan has once again come up with another script named Red Chillies that will star a gang of nine ladies! This time, these nine ladies will play radio jockeys working with FM 919.1. Superstar Mohanlal will play Omar, their net friend in this movie.
Produced by M. Renjith under the banner of Rejaputhra Movies, Red Chillies will be directed by Shaji Kailas. The shoot will start in a couple of months, as the production crew is busy finalizing the models to play the title characters. This movie will be the Christmas release from Mohanlal.
