Every other actor is doing it these days. So can our Mr Prefection, Hrithik Roshan, be far behind. We are talking of the number of heroes who are trying their hand at singing. Almost every leading actor, beginning from the Bachchans, father and son, Akshay Kumar , Sanjay Dutta and John Abraham They all have rendered songs in films or are about to do so. Now it seems that Hrithik to have decided to join the fray.
The song was for the Roshan's forthcoming film 'Kites' which will be directed by Anurag Basu. Besides Hrithik, the film stars Barbara Mori and Kangna Ranaut. The music of the film, like all Rakesh Roshan films, has music director Rajesh Roshan composing the music. The song is in English and it was initially Rajesh and Anurag's idea to have him singing the song. The actor, who is generally game to try his hand at anything, gave his consent for the number. But since it is in English, the actor is believed to have gone through a voice and accent training course so that he could get the Yankee twang right.
He has previously worked hard on his Urdu accent for the film Jodhaa Akbar. We are sure that he is going to do a great job, because this is one actor who does not believe in doing anything halfheartedly. The shooting of the film is currently on in Mexico.
