Shooting of Maha Yagnam directed by Krishna Thota, presented by Sandhya Ravinder Gupta and produced by Ranga Ravinder Gupta on the banner of Sri Tirumala Medicals, Real Estate and Constructions with senior artistes Nazar, Sita in the lead roles and Krishna Maruthi as hero is nearing completion. The film is based on mother-son sentiment. How a mother reacted against a cruel son is the subject. Producer says, 'We have completed the climax shooting recently.
Some patchwork remained balance and after shooting those bits, we will wrap up the shooting. The speciality of the film is that popular lyricist and writer Suddala Ashok Teja is playing the role of a journalist in this movie.' Chandramohan, Rami Reddy, Rallapally, Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, MS Narayana, Bharati, Madhumita , Mohan and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Dasam Venkat Rao, camera is by Surender Reddy, music is by Vandemataram Srinivas, editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, while story, screenplay and direction are by Krishna Thota.
