A film loosely based on the life of the tennis sensation from Hyderabad Sania Mira will soon start rolling. The film will be a joint production of Deepkl Gandhi’s Umbrella Films and LA based Distant Horizon films.

Hemant Das is the director. Das said that the film was not a biographical one but is about everyone who made it big in life in their chosen field, through sheer grit, determination and hard work in - face of all odds. Esha Deol is likely to play the lead role in the film.
