Director V.K.Prakash who has made films like Punaradhivasam, Freaky Chakra, Mullavalliyum Thenmavum, Police and Moonnamathoral is back with a film titled Positive. It has Jayasurya and Vani Kishore in the lead and is a romantic thriller.
Jayasurya plays a stylish and warm person who is a book worm. Vani, who made her debut in Note Book plays Vinni, a vocalist of the college band. Bangalore-based Sooraj, who was the hero of Note Book does the role of a key board player. Manikkuttan plays the drummer and mimicry artiste Ramesh Pisharody is the guitarist of the band.
The film has been scripted by S.N. Swami, who has created quite a number of memorable characters earlier. “In Positive the story is the real hero,” says Prakash. Shari, who made her comeback to Malayalam films with Chocolate is also a part of the cast.
Positive is being produced under the banner of Fabulance Entertainment Pvt Ltd and is slated for an April release. Lyrics by Sarath Vayalar have been set to tune by Alex Paul.
