Well, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor seem to be back together again. Everybody who saw them together at the Filmfare Awards function knows so. She is definitely no longer with Yuvraj Singh. It is believed that the actress broke up with Yuvi a few weeks back and is now dating Ranbir.
The reason for her split with Yuvi is believed to be his possessiveness. According to sources, Deepika was very serious about Yuvi. In fact, the two were madly in love. However, after the success of Om Shanti Om , Deepika could not give Yuvraj much time, which did not go down well with him. Also, he was quite disturbed about reports of her relationship with Ranbir. The finally nail in the coffin came when she was to leave for Australia to shoot for Siddharth Anand's film with Ranbir. The couple had a huge showdown and she told the cricketer to back off and let her breathe.
After getting back from Australia, she is believed to have called off her relationship with him. Since then, Deepika has been seen with Ranbir and they are quite happy together. In fact the couple have gone public with their relationship at last. At the Filmfare Awards function, they were seen huddled together awaiting their turn. They were also seen holding hands and snuggling up to each other at Farah and Aqueel's party after the Filmfare awards night. It was Siddharth Anand's film which really brought them close. Cupid hammered his final blow there. Since then, they have been pretty much with each other.
