Nayantara made her debut with the Malayalam film Manasinakkare and later made a move to Kollywood and Tollywood.

The young actress has climbed the ladder of success in a very short span, playing diverse roles in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu films.

Her recent release, Billa, is making waves, both in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The actress is making a comeback to Malayalam opposite Prithviraj with the multi-starrer Twenty:20.

She recently shot a dance sequence in Kochi for this film, which stars 69 artists, all of whom are working without pay to raise funds for AMMA.

Her super hit Malayalam film Thaskaraveeran, directed by Pramod Pappan, starring Mammootty in the lead, is now being dubbed in Tamil as Yuvaraj.

Nayantara played the role of a villager selling eggs for a living in Thaskaraveeran.
