After a blink-and-you-miss-it role with Jackie Chan in The Myth , Mallika Sherawat is in talks again with Hollywood filmmaker Mark Roemmich (Taylor and Ask the Dust) for The Lost Gold of Khan. The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the shooting is expected to start in 2008.

A source close to Mallika confirms that talks are on but says Mallika will talk about the film only when everything is finalised. This is an adventure film and Mallika has been approached to play the lead character. The film has been written by Anand Bharadwaj along with the filmmaker Mark who is also one of the producers of the film. Incidentally, the actress created quite a stir when she had signed The Myth Only, the film did not meet anyone's expectations. Let's hope, she gets luckier this time.
