The CM YS Rajasheakr Reddy and leader of the opposition Chandrababu Naidu did not shake hands when they came face to face on Monday.
The two sat silently looking in the opposite direction even though they were sitting side by side at the tea party hosted by the Speaker before the commencement of the Assembly session.
