The suspense over whether Amitabh Bachhan will invit e the Congress President Sonia Gandhi for the wedding of his son Abhisekh with Aishwarya Rai continues. It needs no mention that the first lady of politics and the legend of Bollywood are not in talking terms. Their relationship has soured over the years with Amirtabh getting closer to Mulayam.
And everyone knows that Sonia cannot stand Mulayam. Jaya Bachchan is also an elected member of the Rajya Sabha backed by Samajwadi Party. Amitabh and Rajiv Gandhi were best friend at one time. Now it remains to be seen if Amitabh forgets the past and invites Soania Gandhi for the wedding. And whether Sonia will accept the invitation and attend the wedding, which is being hyped as the wedding of the year.
