Director Shekar Kammula has not announced his new film after Happy Days Heroes like Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu evinced a keen interest to act under his direction but the films did not materialize.

Shekar Kammula is now producing a film titled ’Avakaya Biriynai’. The film is being directed by his assistant Anish Kuruvilla.

Shekar is said to have signed up a big hero for his film. The name of the hero is suspense but speculation is doing the round about the possible names. Shekar says that it is a big secret and will reveal it only after some time. Till then the guessing game will continue.
