Jeevitha and her husband Dr. Raja Shekar were absent from the head lines since few weeks. Neither of them appeared in the congress meetings nor busy with film making. They are busy with counting the court steps at High Court. Jeevitha received a non bail able arrest warrant from the magistrate court of Kadapa for a cheque bounce case.

It is said that, Mr.Nagaraj who belongs to Pothutooru town of Kadapa Dist.has filed a case against her. Jeevitha owes him Rs.10 lakhs for which she has issued a cheque to him and that was bounced in the bank. Immediately he brought this to her notice but got no response as they both busily engaged warring with Chiranjeevi The magistrate had issued a non bailable warrant against her considering the request of Nagaraju.

Dr.Raja Shekar and his wife Jeevitha who are busily engaged with their new found love with congress party , now found themselves in the mid of the sea with the non bailable warrants, ran to high court seeking stay for the warrants. After scrutinising the case, High court gave an interim stay order to the relief of Jeevitha.
Now it’s understood that, however we are busy with our politics, we should not ignore a court notice.
