Director Teja is a highly colourful person. This talented director sometimes ends up in controversies. Teja introduced many new faces in Tollywood including some top heroines like Sada Teja is also known to be very tough with his artists and does net even hesitate to slap them on the sets. He had justified this saying that all this was necessary only to extract the best performance from them.

But this tough looking director showed his other side today. Teja was one of the judges at the Femina Miss India South finals – 2008 in Hyderabad. He was judging the finalists. When his turn came to ask a question to one of the participants, Teja fumbled a lot. In fact, he was very uncomfortable and blushed several times before he could say something. Teja finally picked up some courage and managed to ask the question – ‘As a modern woman, what do you look for in your future husband?’ Teja’s severe discomfort in talking to a girl came as a big surprise to the onlookers. Teja came across as a young teenager who was about to ask a girl out on a date for the first time in his life.
