West Godavari district has the distinction of being the number one district in the county in implementing e-governance. The ministry of information, science and technology disclosed this recently.
Among all the districts in the country, West Godavari has implemented the e-governance project most effectively, computerizing land records, al important files at the district collector’s office and also computerizing the records at the panchayat level.
