When all the Bollywood celebrities who have said to be pitted against each other have patched up, Salman Khan seems to be in no mood to be forgiving. Recently at the 10th Rajiv Gandhi Awards held yesterday, Vivek finished dancing to Beedi Jaalai Le and stepped off stage. While walking to his seat, he saw Salman Khan and bowed before him with his hands folded. He grabbed his ears and said "bhai". But the hunk refused to acknowledge his gesture and just shook his head.
When asked later he reportedly said, "Vivek who?" When replied to " Vivek Oberoi , he replied again with, " Vivek Oberoi who?". Meanwhile Vivek's friend said that the actor gesture done on the spur of the moment. The same friend said that the star had the noblest of intentions when making the gesture. He says that he wanted to put the past behind him.
There have been earlier efforts to patch up with Salman but he was in no mood to let bygones be bygones. Viveks father Suresh Oberoi had earlier met Salman on the sets while he was shooting for a film and had appealed to him to put the bats behind him. Arbaaz Khan though seemed to be forgiving letting go of the past. Sitting next to him, Shilpa Shetty asked Salman to forgive Vivek but he refused to budge.
