With the huge success of Vinodayatra , Malayalam actor Dileep 's reel life is on the upswing. Dileep's career had lost its élan in the recent past. But ‘Vinodayatra’ has changed it all. And the grapevine would have it that, the young hero is busy as a bee now. He has as many as five films in the kitty.
The first project is ‘July 4’ to be directed by veteran director Joshi. Incidentally, ‘July 4’ happens to be the lucky day of Dileep as most of his hit films have been released on that date. Another prestigious project is the movie with noted director Blessy. The film will have Meera Jasmine in the female lead. Then there is ‘Mulla’ which has story by Rafi Mecartin. The film, which will be directed by Rajasenan, will have Gopika playing the heroine.
Two more films - with Jose Thomas and Sibi-Udayan team - make it five new films for Dileep. In other words, Dileep will be frightfully busy for the remainder of the year 2007. What more can an actor ask for?
