![]() Even though she has made not a much impressive debut in Tamil and in Malayalam, Vimala Raman is now flooded with offers. The girl who was launched in Tamil in K.Balachander's Poi. She was presented in Malayalam in Suresh Gopi's Time, followed by last week's Pranayakalam. Eventhough these films were non starters, her role in both the films as Vaiga and lovelorn Maria captures attention and she showed her mettle as an actress of substance in both the charcters. She has also a number of films lined up in future with the next release being Jayaram's Sooriyan in July. Now the latest we hear is that Vimala is also playing one of the leads in Mammootty's Joshy film Nasarani.
